Hi, I'm Rick G. Young

I’m a teacher, speaker, and coach. For over 20 years, I’ve lived and worked at the intersection of theory and practice — where the spiritual meets the psychological, and stillness meets chaos — all in pursuit of one question: How do we Meet the Moment with more peace & consistency? When we create space between what happens and how we respond, we unlock a different way of being — one rooted in connection, clarity, and a deeper sense of meaning.
I’m a certified breathwork coach with over 18 years of meditation practice — including time spent studying with Japanese monks — and a deep study of psychology that began in college. My work brings together psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality in a way that’s both grounded and spiritual. This integration helps people experience more consistent meditation results, deeper emotional clarity, and the ability to think clearly — even in life’s most challenging moments.
